It is not a “new lifestyle.”

You are not broken.  I am not here to fix you.

You are not a "before" and "after"

You’re a whole human rediscovering how to nourish yourself — physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

It is a slow, compassionate process of:
  • Unlearning what diet culture taught you
  • Rebuilding trust with your body
  • Understanding emotional eating without shame
  • Setting boundaries that protect your nervous system
  • Developing resilience, curiosity, and connection
  • Learning how to take up space in your life​

My approach is trauma-aware, anti-diet, weight-inclusive, and rooted in science.

I teach intuitive eating not as a set of rules, but as a return to your own wisdom.
