It is not a perfect meal plan.
It is not a “new lifestyle.”
You are not broken. I am not here to fix you.
You are not a "before" and "after"
You’re a whole human rediscovering how to nourish yourself — physically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

It is a slow, compassionate process of:

I teach intuitive eating not as a set of rules, but as a return to your own wisdom.
